Inspect blower assembly, fan belt and motor - lubricate and clean as necessary
Inspect evaporator coil, drain pan and condensate drain lines - clean as necessary
Inspect for gas/ oil leaks of fuel lines within the furnace - This inspection does not include fuel delivery line.  Inspection does not include oil or gas storage tank.
Inspect burner assembly - clean and adjust as necessary
Inspect ignition system and safety controls - clean and adjust as necessary
Inspect heat exchanger or heating elements
Inspect flue system - remember CO (carbon monoxide) kills
Inspect control box, associated controls, wiring and connections
Inspect air filters
Inspect air flow - check for leaks

Clean dirt, leaves and debris from inside cabinet
Inspect coil and cabinet - clean as necessary
Inspect fan motor and fan blades - lubricate as necessary
Inspect control box, associated controls, wiring and connections
Inspect compressor and associated tubing for damage

Check for starting capabilities
Check refrigerant charge
Check system for correct volt/amp draw
Check overall performance of system
