Our Flat Rate Pricing system is designed to benefit you and our technicians.  You get the peace of mind of knowing repair costs up front.  Labor and part costs are predetermined for each repair.  There is no guess work, no worrying that the technician is taking longer than they should or worrying about excessive labor charges.  Each repair time is based on the national average it takes a four year technician to make that repair.  You won't pay for a lack of experience.  Once the diagnosis is made by our technician you can either choose to make the suggested repair(s) or not.  If you elect not to make the repair(s) you will only need to pay our diagnostic fee of $95.00.  You wouldn't pay time and material at your local restaurant for a steak dinner or for your next oil change.  Why would you do it for your next service repair?     

Our technicians benefit because they are under no pressure to rush a repair or justify billed hours and parts.  They are free to focus completely on accurately diagnosing the problem and making a correct repair.  Our repair prices are predetermined and printed in a booklet that they can present to you.  They have no ability to raise or lower them.  All of our customers receive the same fair pricing.  If for some reason your repair is not covered under our flat rate pricing our office will provide a quote, for your approval, prior to initiating the repair.
