Office Manager
Lindsey Owens
Lindsey has been with the company for five years. She oversees all
office operations and is usually your first point of contact. She handles
billing and accounts receivable. Lindsey prides herself on excellent
customer service.
Installation Manager
Jarrod Matlock
Jarrod joined the company
in 1991. He is the longest serving member of the company.
Jarrod has earned his Masters license and has over 15 years of
experience in the trade. He manages one of the company's two
installation departments. Jarrod is responsible for project
management, employee training, customer coordination and quality
assurance. Jarrod places great importance on employee
accountability and quality workmanship.
Installation Manager
Ed Lane
Ed began his career here in 1997 as an installation mechanic. He
also spent time in the company's service and replacement divisions.
Ed's experience is one of his greatest assets. He has spent close
to 30 years in the industry. Ed was promoted to installation
manager in 2005. He is responsible for project management,
employee training, customer coordination and quality assurance. Ed
takes pride in promoting employee education and project planning.
Service Manager
Nick Wainscott
Nick joined the company in 2002 as a service technician. He became
the service manager in 2006. Nick stays current in the service
field through research and attending numerous training seminars
throughout the year. He is responsible for service scheduling and
dispatching, technical support and customer service. Nick places
great emphasis on technician accountability and integrity as well as
customer satisfaction.
