Return Policy

 

Our goal is your satisfaction.  If you are not completely happy with your experience in ordering products from our Honeywell Store please contact us.  We would like the opportunity to make your experience a good one.

You received products that have been damaged during shipping.
Please contact our office as soon as you discover the shipping damages.  We will re-ship your order immediately.  Our representative will contact UPS to handle the damages claim.  We ask that you retain possession of the damaged product and the shipping container, as UPS may wish to inspect he damage. 

In error, we shipped you the incorrect products. 
We pride ourselves on our order fulfillment accuracy.  However, we do sometimes make a mistake.  If you receive products due to our error please contact us immediately. You must notify us of the error within 30 days of receipt.  The products must be different than those on your order confirmation.  We will ship you the correct products immediately and arrange for the wrong products to be picked up.  Please repackage the incorrect products for pick-up.  We will pay for all shipping charges. 

We shorted your order. 
Please contact our office as soon as you discover their are items missing.  We will make arrangements to ship you the missing products immediately.

You ordered the wrong products.
You must notify us of the error within 30 days of receipt.  If after receiving your shipment you realize that you have ordered the incorrect products please contact our office immediately.  We will help you place an order for the correct products.  Please ship back the un-used and un-damaged products to us:

Please insure the shipment in case it is damaged or lost.  We will not be responsible for packages that are lost in transit or that arrive in unusable or damaged condition.  Once the package is received in good condition we will refund the original price minus the shipping charges. 

Disclaimer
The customer is responsible for ordering the correct replacement product for their Honeywell air quality system.  We will not be held responsible for incorrectly ordered replacement products or installation defects.  If you have any questions on which is the correct replacement part for your product please call or email us.  We will help you identify and order the product you need.
