Service Checklist

Before you call for service, please check the following. It could save you time and money.

Gas Furnace
No Heat

1. Check Thermostat.
2. Check Electric Panel Breakers.
3.Check Furnace Disconnect Switch.
4. Check Gas Shutoff Valve.
5. Check Lower Furnace Door Switch.
6. Check and Clean Furnace Filter.
7. If Still No Heat Call For Service.

Air Conditioning Unit
No Cooling

1. Check Thermostat.
2. Check Electric Panel Breakers.
3.Check Furnace Disconnect Switch.
4. Check Lower Furnace Door Switch.
5. Replace Fuses in the Outside Disconnect.
6. Check and Clean Furnace Filter.
7. If Still No Cooling Call For Service.

Heat Pump Systems

No Heat

1. Check Thermostat.
2. Check Electric Panel Breakers.
3.Check Air Handler Disconnect Switch.
4. Replace Fuses in the Outside Disconnect
5. Check and Clean Air Handler Filter.
6. If Still No Heat Call For Service.
