You can count on Owens Comfort Systems to provide a trained, prompt, and professional technician who is well equipped to diagnose and correct your equipment problems.  For your safety, all of our employees undergo a background check which includes drug testing and an evaluation of their driving record.  Our uniformed technicians will arrive in a lettered and well stocked company vehicle.  

Further, we have instituted a flat rate pricing system so there is no guess work or confusion for the technician or the customer as to the cost or scope of the repairs.
After we diagnose the problem we will provide you with a flat rate price to make the repair.  If your repair is not covered under our flat rate pricing we will provide you a quote before you authorize the repair to be made. 

           
           

Annual maintenance of your equipment is the best strategy when trying to achieve the maximum efficiency and life expectancy of your heating and cooling systems.  Regular inspection of the mechanical, electrical and refrigeration components of your equipment can help avoid costly repairs and unsafe conditions.  Annual maintenance and cleaning is recommended by nearly every equipment manufacturer.  In some instances failure to perform maintenance may void equipment warranties.

To help meet these goals we offer a plan that provides professional, worry free maintenance for your comfort systems.  Our agreements are bi-annual and can be renewed on a yearly basis.  We make initial contact in the Spring and Fall to schedule your appointment.  Additionally, maintenance agreement customers receive priority service and a 10 % discount on flat rate pricing for repairs.
