He is responsible for developing and overseeing the
short and long term
operations of the company.

Comfort Consultant
Dustyn Owens
Dustyn joined the company in 2002 as a service technician and
replacement mechanic. In 2006 he took over the replacement sales
department. He is now responsible for guiding our customers
through the process of selecting, purchasing and having a new comfort
system installed in their home. Dustyn draws on his experience and
knowledge as a technician to provide excellent advice and know-how.
He places great value on integrity, reputation and customer
satisfaction.
Payroll/HR
Charlee Owens
Charlee Owens is part owner. She runs the payroll and human
resources department. She implements the employee health insurance
program and coordinates all related issues.
