Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are usually processed and shipped from our warehouse the same day.  Orders received after 2:00 PM EST are usually shipped the next day.  Once shipped, orders should be received within 2 - 5 business days depending on the distance.

If a product that you have ordered needs to be special ordered or is on back order will attempt to contact you.  Products that need to be special ordered or are on back order will be shipped immediately on arrival.  Please allow extra time for delivery.  We thank you for your patience.  
 

Shipping Method
We ship via UPS ground within the 48 contiguous states.  Shipping charges are determined by UPS software which calculates a shipping charge based on the following formula (s):

UPS Ground Charges are calculated by UPS software and are determined by the zone, the actual weight of the package and the dimensional weight of the package. Dimensional weight considers density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight, to determine billable weight.

If you need to make special shipping arrangements please email or call our office.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.  

If you are  placing an order from outside the 48 contiguous states or from outside of the United States please email or call our office to make shipping arrangements and receive a shipping quote. 

 

 

Security

We want you to feel secure and comfortable about using your credit card to order products through our online store.  To ensure the privacy and safety of your credit card information we provide a secure site for business transactions.  All internet transactions are encrypted using Secure Socket Layers (SSL).  Look for a gold lock towards the bottom of the screen when processing your credit card information for assurance that you are on a secure site.  You can also click on the GEO-TRUST icon located on the store homepage to view our SSL certificates authenticity.
